Just a very quick note on business ideas. There are many businesses can be done if you really look into it. Of course there are business that need a lot of start up capital but some other businesses can be started with little or no money down. It depends on how creative you are to make things happen.

I have been to a seminar where is talks about how to start business with little or no money down. I invested with a little of my money to join this 3-day seminar and I got some ideas on how to make money. Of course you have to do some work in order to earn money. There is no such thing as earning without you doing anything in the beginning. But once you take action to do what is taught in the seminar, sure it can be done and you start earning money.

Again, this requires you to have creativity. What I am venture in now is sales without incurring any money in the beginning. It's the methods that I learned that helped me to make my first income from the sales. It requires leg work and I acquired a 4 figure income in my first sale.

It is understood that not many people dare to do something new as they stay in their comfort zone, not willing to quit the existing job - afraid of losing their income. But there is business that you can start with without having to lose your job. There are many people doing it now and quit their job later as the business they are doing earn more than what they can get in their day job.
